Listed below are links to books Joe has co-authored or participated in developing as a contributing author. Following that, you will find links to published articles by Joe under two categories: "Management and Leadership" and "Business. Alignment/Outsoucing Education." Some of this articles directly mention " diversity," while others do not use the word, but nevertheless focus on the same general topic: "How can companies and managers get the most out of all their top talent, while lowering costs?"

While many of these articles were written for IT management publications, the principals and ideas have been successfully used in a number of professional services environments. (In fact, some of the articles, such as the one on Work Life Balance, were generalized and re-printed by the American Management Association).
