Yes, The Demand for ITO Professionals Is Growing -- The Question That Remains Open Is Will You Benefit From It?

IT Opportunities are increasing. According to a recent A. T. Kearny study, 67 percent of business executives that took part in the survey view IT innovation as important or critical to their companies' success. According to recent studies, the increase in demand for talent fueled by this recognition of the importance of IT is already creating a climate where some companies are finding it increasingly difficult to find the talent they need.

Supply and demand logic of course leads us to believe that an increase in demand for IT skills can bode very well for you if you are an IT professional with the right competencies in the right place. The existence of opportunity, however, does not by itself guarantee your success as evidenced by past events. We've all heard of, witnessed or unfortunately personally experienced times of growth in a market where people within the market did not fully benefit. Unlike the situation with ships in the ocean, not everyone gets to rise with the tide.

In order to maximize the benefits that you derive from these growing opportunities, there are some key things you need to know and do. These include:

* Knowing where the opportunities are and preparing yourself for them
* Knowing the current compensation relative to available positions
* Making sure that you are getting the top return on your investment of talent, time and energy

In the IT Management News and Trends section below, you will find a list of blogs that will lead you to associated articles. These will offer more detailed information on how to find and make the most of the growing list of opportunities for ITO professionals

I also recommend that you purchase the $6 report "Improve Your Return On Talent in Seven Days" for a specific outline of a plan you can use to get the most out of this growing market. To purchase the report, cut and paste the following URL to your browser http://www.joesantana.com/ROTReport.htm and follow the simple instructions.

My best toward your continued success!
